- Necessity (jobs are disappearing at light speed)

AI will replace jobs that many consider require a human. School teacher is not mentioned in the article but if you read this you will know that job will soon be gone. The industrial revolution will seem like a small event compared to what is going on now.
Tesla is about to tear down the old power structure in the global energy market by turning every roof top into a power plant and provide every home owner with entrepreneurial opportunity through the sharing economy model - where people can sell "harvested" energy.
At the same time they will change the lives of millions and millions of people by essentially giving them more time. When a car is turned into an on demand transportation service that drives you by itself, can run arrends for you while you work or earn money by renting itself to others - stressed out parents (and many others) will find a new way to live. It will also change the 3 rules of real estate (location, location, location) when it becomes less important or irrelevant where the nearest "place of service for your needs" is. The car can go get or drop off your stuff (or kids) for you.
Uber will need to re-invent itself when every car owner can choose to become their competition by the click of a button.
The sharing economy will turn Billions of people into micro-entrepreneurs.
